HANOI – On the afternoon of April 28, 2026, the Information Party Cell solemnly held a ceremony at the auditorium of the Viet Nam Institute of Strategy and Policy for Industry and Trade, located at 17 Yet Kieu Street, to admit outstanding individual Nguyen Thi Quynh Trang into the Communist Party of Vietnam. The event marked an important milestone in the Cell’s Party development work, contributing to strengthening its political capacity and renewing the ranks of Party members within the unit.
The ceremony was attended by Comrade Do Van Long, Member of the Institute’s Party Committee; Comrade Do Quang, Secretary of the Information Party Cell; representatives of Party committees from affiliated Party cells; together with Party members and outstanding individuals of the unit.
In accordance with the procedures stipulated in the Charter of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Comrade Do Quang, Secretary of the Information Party Cell, announced and presented the Party admission decision to Comrade Nguyen Thi Quynh Trang, a specialist of the Information and Communication Department.
In a solemn atmosphere, before the Party flag, the National flag and the portrait of President Ho Chi Minh, Comrade Nguyen Thi Quynh Trang took the oath of admission. The newly admitted Party member affirmed her absolute loyalty to the revolutionary goals and ideals of the Party, pledging to continuously cultivate her political qualities, moral integrity and professional competence in order to successfully fulfill all assigned duties.
Speaking at the ceremony, Comrade Do Van Long, Member of the Institute’s Party Committee, congratulated Comrade Nguyen Thi Quynh Trang and commended her sustained efforts and dedication. He emphasized that admission to the Party is both a great honor and a noble responsibility, noting that new Party members must continue to uphold moral standards, maintain political discipline and promote the pioneering spirit of young intellectuals in research, information and communication activities.
To support the newly admitted Party member during her 12-month probationary period, the Information Party Cell assigned Comrade Do Thi Bich Thuy and Comrade Nguyen Viet Ha to continue providing guidance, monitoring and assistance, enabling her to meet the requirements for recognition as an official Party member.
The successful organization of the admission ceremony was not only a meaningful occasion for Comrade Nguyen Thi Quynh Trang personally, but also a vivid demonstration of the attention paid by the Institute’s Party Committee and the Information Party Cell to Party member development and the nurturing of young cadres.
The event contributed to building a clean, strong and politically resilient Party organization, while creating further motivation for officials and staff of the Viet Nam Institute of Strategy and Policy for Industry and Trade to fulfill their political and professional tasks in the new period.
